This platform required features that would facilitate the acceptance of studies, referral of patients to clinical trials, and tracking of study progress while ensuring ease of use for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Salesforce Service Cloud was implemented as the core platform to provide the necessary infrastructure.
- The Salesforce Lightning Interface was utilized for backend functionality, enabling internal Site Patient Network Leads (SPNLs) to monitor and manage ongoing studies.
- Customer Community Plus, built with custom Lightning components, served as the frontend for external users, allowing seamless engagement for HCPs and patients.
