Our recruitment process
Our standard hiring process includes five main stages. During each of them, we learn more about each other and assess our compatibility. The process may vary slightly depending on the project’s needs.
Initial interview
An introductory call with your recruiter to see if we're a good match.
Technical interview
A call with our expert to assess your technical skills. Depending on the position, this stage may include a test task.
Final interview
A call with a representative from our customer.
Reference check
Our recruiters will request feedback on your past work performance.
