Senior Project Manager/Data Analyst

Job description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and project management, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:  

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise analytics projects;

• Proven experience leading small to mid-size projects (2-3 months) with teams of 3-5 expert;

• Strong understanding of common patterns and best practices in enterprise data analytics execution;

• Experience in creating and contributing to formalized data documentation (EDA reports, data dictionaries, data quality testing, Data Governance, etc.);

• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation;

• English – B2\C1. Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and its data tools;

• Experience working with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization;

• Fluent in Polish.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements from a strategic perspective;
• Work closely with stakeholders and customer teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
• Break down projects into executable tasks and oversee their successful implementation;
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to develop and maintain project backlogs;
• Lead the creation of comprehensive documentation, including formalized data documentation;
• Guide and motivate a team of experts to achieve project goals and targets;
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and generate new tasks to enhance project outcomes.
