Job Description
In this role, you'll collaborate with our client’s Point of Care Technical Solutions Engineering Team to support their product. You'll focus on ensuring a smooth client experience by tackling high priority issues and driving resolution of technical escalations.
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for database troubleshooting;
- Familiarity with Python, C++, HTML for general troubleshooting;
- Understanding of tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Git is a plus;
- Ability to read code for logic troubleshooting (not expected to write new code);
- Soft Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a L2 technical support liaison between front-line customer support and developers;
- Troubleshoot technical issues in existing code and systems;
- Conduct database queries (SQL) to identify and resolve issues;
- Collaborate with developers to address long-term system improvements;
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
