Requirements:

• 3+years of experience in STIBO development and implementation;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

• Proven experience with STIBO STEP platform implementation and development;

• Strong programming skills in Java, XML, and SQL;

• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices;

• Experience with system integration and API development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with integrating Stibo STEP with Azure/Databricks.

Other Skills:

• English – excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to work in a global multicultural and multinational company;

• Good communication skills and persuasiveness;

• Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business representatives;

• Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of an international project team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using the STIBO STEP platform;

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;

• Implement and configure workflows, data models, and integrations within the STIBO STEP environment;

• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance;

• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues;

• Maintain and update system documentation;

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
