SQL Server Support Engineer
We are seeking a Middle SQL Server Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing data solutions based on Microsoft SQL Server to support the data pipeline for the Manufacturing company.

Our customer is involved in digital products and innovation within the brewing industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- 2+ years of experience in supporting and developing data solutions or data warehouses (DWH) using Microsoft SQL Server;
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL development (queries, procedures, functions).
- Understanding of indexing, partitioning, and replication strategies;
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Agent job scheduling and SQL Server Integration Services;
- Experience in configuring and managing Linked Servers in SQL Server;
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and Power Automate for data integration and workflow automation;
- Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning techniques;
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with DBAmp for Salesforce and SQL Server integration;
- Scripting experience with PowerShell or other automation tools.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and administer data solutions built on Microsoft SQL Server;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot database performance issues, errors, and failures;
- Automate routine database administration tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, T-SQL);
- Develop, maintain, and optimize T-SQL components, including Stored Procedures and Functions;
- Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, ensuring optimal system performance;
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers to help define and improve database architecture;
- Audit and document existing data pipelines, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Manage database migrations, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruptions;
- Provide technical support to both clients and the internal team;
- Leverage SQL expertise for data solutions, pipeline development, maintenance, and overall data management.
