Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our applications.
The client`s company is developing innovative cardiac implants. Several project teams are working on solutions aimed at making the experience of purchasing and installing a cardiac implant as simple and fast as possible for the end users of the product.
These solutions are being developed for different roles, ranging from sales representatives to doctors who perform the surgeries to install the implants. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the app's seamless performance and delivering a high-quality user experience across all functionalities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end manual testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking;
- 1+ year of working experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications;
- Experience with web and mobile testing on various devices and operating systems, as well as cross-browser testing;
- Understanding of QA processes, techniques, approaches, and methodologies;
- Hands-on experience in working in an Agile team and a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle;
- Salesforce security (OWD – object access, profile access, private/public records, permission sets, sharing rules, master-detail relationship);
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (difference, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge is preferable);
- Custom Objects and Fields: Understanding how to test custom objects, fields, and relationships in Salesforce;
- Workflows and Process Builder: Ability to test Salesforce automation tools such as workflows, process builder, and approval processes;
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Experience in coordinating and supporting UAT with business users;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Write test cases, bug reports, executing tests, and recording the results;
- Manage all the testing activities, coordination, overall test planning, estimation, risk mitigation, etc;
- Create and maintain Test Plans and other testing documents;
- Conduct defect triage meetings – providing details about the defects to the team;
- Support user acceptance testing;
- Conduct meeting with Product Owners to discuss requirements (if needed);
- Participate in planning sessions for testing which include story points and acceptance criteria;
- Communicate with the team proactively.
