Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with a proven track record in Salesforce/MS Dynamics delivery;

• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello);

• Proven ability to work effectively in сross-cultural environments; demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;

• Experience managing budgets (incl. profitability), resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations for complex IT projects;

• Experience contributing to presales efforts, including creating proposals, project estimations, and engaging with clients to identify business opportunities;

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;

• Strong business acumen, including an ability to advise customers on business process improvements or help design them.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM);

• Strong soft skills, including adaptability, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints;

• Oversee Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics implementation and migration projects, managing all phases of the delivery lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-go-live support;

• Collaborate with teams from different countries, stakeholders, and senior management to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria;

• Partner with sales teams during presales activities, contributing to solution proposals, project estimations, and client presentations;

• Identify revenue generation opportunities within ongoing projects by suggesting enhancements, upselling services, or proposing additional solutions aligned with client needs;

• Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, quality standards, and compliance with organizational and technical requirements;

• Establish and maintain project governance, including regular reporting on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders;

• Act as a mentor and escalation point for project teams, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum;

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring successful resolution of issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality;

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team efficiency;

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within various teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve project success.
