Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple IT service engagements, ensuring the seamless delivery of ongoing services and support to clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing SAP tech projects, people, and client relationships and ensuring that SLAs are met while consistently improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.5 years of total previous experience in project management within the Software Development/ IT industry;
  • Proven experience managing IT delivery projects with bigger international (US, UK, EU) clients and cross-border/ cross-cultural project teams;
  • Strong understanding of project management practices, including schedule, budget, scope, and change management, as well as communication, risk, and stakeholder management;
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies like Scrum and Scrum at Scale (SoS, SAFe, LeSS), and project management tools;
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to manage 2 projects with a joint team of up to 20 people simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities;
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is highly desirable;
  • Hands-on fluency with either visual collaboration tools: Mural, Miro, or Whiteboard;
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency in project delivery and the ability to propose solutions to the customer;
  • Mindset on identification and provision of gaps or points for upselling and cross-selling.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platform and their implementation process;
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms and services;
  • Understanding of ITIL and related processes; experience of using ServiceNow;
  • Basic understanding of technical delivery and implementation processes, such as QA, CI/CD, and release and support procedures;
  • Feedback and recommendations from previous workplace(s) or customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce and adjacent technology, facing our client and their teams;
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to create and fulfill comprehensive project plans, including budget, scope, staffing, phasing, risks, stakeholder analysis, and communication lines;
  • Facilitate ceremonies or meetings/calls required by delivery methodologies like Scrum ceremonies, SoS, or SAFe meetings;
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to the steering committee;
  • Clarify, negotiate, and implement project and/or delivery plan changes based on steering inputs, management decisions, delivery team, and/or other stakeholder inputs;
  • Keep track of the project budget, ensuring the best possible utilization of the project's resources;
  • Follow the guidance of the company's PMO and CoE, fulfilling "green" delivery and striving for customer satisfaction;
  • Possibility of in-person client meetings during business trips in the EU and US several times a year.
