In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear and differentiated value propositions for our products and services. You will craft compelling messaging, enabling our sales and practice teams with the necessary tools to engage and convert prospects successfully.
Your primary focus will be on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with customer needs and industry trends. You will create customer-centric assets such as case studies, e-books, white papers, and sales collateral, driving demand and reinforcing our brand as a trusted technology partner.

Requirements:
Experience & Background
- 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or a related role in technology consulting or a similar industry;
- Proven ability to successfully package and position complex solutions.
Communication Skills
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional storytelling and writing abilities;
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
Strategic Thinking & Execution
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results;
- Strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Collaboration & Independence
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and practice teams;
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to execute initiatives independently.

Responsibilities:
Positioning & Packaging
- Develop clear and competitive value propositions for our solutions;
- Craft impactful messaging to differentiate our offerings in the market;
- Ensure that sales teams have compelling narratives and resources.
Sales & Practice Team Enablement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create go-to-market toolkits, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies;
- Train internal teams on positioning, messaging, and market trends.
Voice of the Customer & Market Analysis
- Conduct research to understand industry dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends;
- Engage with customers to identify pain points and desired outcomes;
- Refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for different verticals and roles.
Content Development & Thought Leadership
- Produce engaging content, including case studies, white papers, and blog posts;
- Establish thought leadership and share best practices across platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and practice teams to align marketing strategies with business goals;
- Provide strategic insights to leadership based on market feedback.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Define key metrics to measure marketing success and ROI;
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
