Middle MS Power Platform/D365 CE Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a Middle MS Power Platform/D365 CE Developer with experience in Copilot implementation and customization. The ideal candidate will develop, customize, and integrate solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to enhance business processes and automation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Power Platform/D365 CE development;

• Hands-on experience with Copilot customization and AI-driven automation;

• Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse;

• Experience with JavaScript, Power Fx, C#, and APIs for integrations is a plus;

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Power Platform or D365 CE certification;

• Experience with Power Virtual Agents and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365 CE solutions;

• Implement and tailor Copilot AI features to optimize user experiences and workflows;

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using Dataverse, APIs, and connectors;

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform applications;

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
