Job Description:

You will drive the development and deployment of large-scale marketing campaigns targeting an international audience and play a central role in strategic planning to generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs). Identify key objectives and establish metrics for evaluating campaign results. Ensure digital conception, execution, and comprehensive reporting of marketing campaigns while holding the team accountable for deliverables. Oversee business development team strategy, mechanics, and performance. Management of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) is a crucial part of this role due to their integral role in orchestrated campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Tech Services industry and thrive in high-energy, agile environments.

Requirements:

  • Education degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field;  
  • Work experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the Tech and/or Services industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.  
  • Experience in high-energy, dynamic, and agile environments;.  
  • Proven experience managing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and integrating their efforts into marketing campaigns;
  • Language skills: Advanced proficiency in English;
  • Expert-level experience in managing advertising platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads and implementing remarketing strategies.

Will be a plus:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMRush/SimilarWeb), Google Tag Manager, Clarity/Hotjar, Salesforce, and PowerBI;
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot;
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI;
  • High proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

Strategy and development:

  • Research, develop, and implement marketing strategies following the company's global guidelines and goals;
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the company's value proposition to target audiences;
  • Manage the execution of these campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and advertising platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads, including remarketing strategies;
  • Gain intimate knowledge of our use cases to tailor marketing strategies better and improve sales effectiveness.

Digital marketing:

  • Oversee the digital conception and execution of marketing campaigns with prospect meetings as the desired outcome (SALs).
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
  • Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers.
  • Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Hold the marketing team accountable for delivering campaign objectives and milestones.
  • Ensure that all marketing funnel stages are measurable, reflecting a shared belief in data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration and coordination:

  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as Designers, Content Managers, Event managers, Marketing Intelligence and Business Development teams to create and execute campaigns;
  • Coordinate with global managers to drive growth in different markets;
  • Oversee the Business Development team strategy, mechanics, and performance to ensure alignment with marketing objectives;
  • Manage the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), integrating their outreach efforts into orchestrated campaigns.

Market analysis:

  • Analyze different markets to discover new sales opportunities;
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to develop effective campaigns;
  • Leverage knowledge of the Tech Services industry to identify unique opportunities and strategies.

Client and partner communication:

  • Monitor regional and global market trends and perform competitor research to find new opportunities for growth;
  • Communicate with our international clients and partners to maintain relationships and coordinate projects.

Reporting

  • Focus on lead ownership, understanding the details of each lead, its lifecycle, and authenticity, and commit to optimizing the journey from inception to conversion;
  • Develop and manage overall Marketing team reporting to track performance metrics and campaign effectiveness;
  • Be an expert in visually reporting progress and milestones, providing clear and actionable insights in ROI;
  • Provide regular updates to the VP of Global Marketing on marketing and business development performance;
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are measurable and contribute to data-driven strategies.

Business Development team management:

  • Manage the Business Development team, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs);
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them improve and succeed;
  • Monitor team performance, set clear targets, and ensure that they are achieving and exceeding their goals;
  • Implement strategies to improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Help guide the team, ensuring continuous improvement and professional development;
  • Align the Business Development team's activities with overall marketing objectives to maximize impact.
