Job description

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Head to join our team and take charge of delivering complex IT projects, primarily focusing on Salesforce and mobile app implementations. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-launch support, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and timely delivery. This opportunity involves leading large-scale initiatives for a prominent global client in the non-alcoholic beverage industry.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of Salesforce and mobile app projects, optimizing business processes, and driving innovation. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience in IT project management and your expertise in Salesforce or mobile applications while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with a proven track record in Salesforce implementation and/or mobile app delivery;
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello);
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations for complex IT projects;
  • Experience in contributing to presales efforts, including creating proposals, project estimations, and engaging with clients to identify business opportunities;
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Strong soft skills, including adaptability, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in German or French;
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints;
  • Oversee the delivery of Salesforce and/or mobile app implementation projects, managing all phases from initiation to deployment and post-go-live support;
  • Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and senior management to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria;
  • Partner with sales teams during presales activities, including contributing to solution proposals, project estimations, and client presentations;
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation by proposing enhancements, upselling services, or suggesting additional solutions that align with client needs;
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and organizational requirements during project delivery;
  • Establish and maintain project governance, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and performance metrics;
  • Act as a mentor and escalation point for project teams, facilitating collaboration and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum;
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring effective resolution of issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team efficiency;
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within multicultural teams, utilizing diverse perspectives to achieve successful outcomes.
