Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with our customer's German clinics and hospitals to develop scalable data integrations, including setting up cloud infrastructure, configuring data pipelines, and deploying to local systems. Your expertise in Python, SQL, AWS, and data warehouse solutions like Snowflake will be instrumental in unifying data processes, improving observability, and ensuring seamless data operations.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience as a Software Engineer;
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, and SQL);
- Language agnostic with a willingness to learn new programming languages;
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS;
- Familiarity with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake;
- Background in agile development environments;
- Expertise in unifying data processing steps for varied integration types;
- Knowledge of error handling and observability in data pull operations;
- Creative thinker capable of handling ambiguity in a startup environment;
- Resourceful and scrappy when solving challenges and achieving goals;
- Strong empathy for customers and a keen focus on delivering value;
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Excitement about working in a fast-paced, technology-driven culture;
- Passion for contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment;
- Acts as a subject matter expert in specific areas of work;

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable approaches for upcoming data integrations with German clinics and hospitals;
- Lead the integration of client’s new clinics in 2025;
- Setting up cloud infrastructure;
- Configuring data pipeline steps;
- Conducting thorough testing;
- Unify and streamline data processing steps to support various integration types;
- Enhance error handling and improve observability in data extraction and processing workflows.
