Data Business Analyst Middle
We are looking for a Data Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions for our client’s Patient Support programs. The system tracks patient data and communication within medical programs. Certified nurses (ambassadors) provide guidance on specific products, including usage, expected effects, side effects, and insurance assistance.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and documenting requirements, working closely with Data Engineers and Scientists, developing analytics solutions, maintaining data accuracy and compliance, and contributing to data initiatives in Salesforce, Databricks, and ML.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Data Business Analyst or in a related role;
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience in business requirements gathering for data projects;
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes;
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar;
- Experience working with Salesforce, Databricks, and Machine Learning (ML) applications;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data-related projects;
- Work closely with technical teams (e.g., Data Engineers, Data Scientists) to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices;
- Define, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, data models, and user stories;
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to identify gaps in current processes and recommend enhancements leveraging data insights;
- Drive the implementation of data marts, dashboards, and other analytics solutions in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms;
- Conduct impact assessments for changes in data models, processes, and systems;
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success;
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data projects, especially in areas such as Salesforce, Databricks, and Machine Learning (ML) applications;
- Support testing efforts, including data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with client regulations (e.g., GxP, HIPAA);
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, data dictionaries, and user guides;
- Drive effective communication between business, IT, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
