Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Trainee Recruiter/Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing channels to support our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to develop their skills in a remote work environment.

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (both verbal and written communication);
  • 6+ months of experience in a similar role or completed recruitment courses;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to organize your work efficiently;
  • Understanding of key sourcing channels and tools for finding candidates;
  • A passion for sourcing and the ability to identify the right candidates in the most efficient way.

Would be a plus:

  • Understanding of the Ukrainian IT market;
  • The ability to discuss technologies, frameworks, and libraries with candidates;
  • Understanding and usage of Boolean Search and X-Ray.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and expand the candidate pool, utilizing LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and other channels;
  • After 6 months - manage the full recruitment cycle;
  • Conduct candidate screenings (evaluating English level, technical experience, and soft skills);
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
  • Maintain candidate data in the ATS system;
  • Continuously learn and grow as a recruiter.
