This role involves leading business operations, analyzing complex processes, and delivering innovative, business-driven solutions. You’ll be responsible for designing scalable, high-quality Salesforce implementations that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect;
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Developer;
- 10+ years of development experience with frameworks like ASP.NET;
- Extensive experience in Salesforce.com development;
- Proficiency in Salesforce Process Automation and Apex programming (SOQL, SOSL, DML, exception handling, and governor limits);
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, JavaScript, REST, and SOAP within Salesforce;
- Strong expertise in relational databases, SQL, and ETL tools;
- Deep knowledge of logic and process automation, especially Apex classes and triggers;
- Experience in UI development, specifically with the Lightning Component Framework and Aura;
- Familiarity with integration approaches, including event-driven and ETL integrations;
- Proficiency with Force.com REST and SOAP APIs;
- Experience in designing solution architecture and validating flowcharts;
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma and Visio.
Preferred Technologies:
- Salesforce Platform development;

Certifications (Optional):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II;
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder;

Responsibilities:
- Lead the high-level and detailed design of Salesforce implementations;
- Architect scalable, flexible, and robust solutions to meet diverse business needs;
- Provide technical expertise and best practices guidance to development teams;
- Create configurable software services that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges;
- Ensure secure development practices and adherence to design patterns;
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for new or updated services;
- Design process and data flow diagrams to map data integration and movement;
- Cross-train team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development;
- Translate business requirements into actionable, detailed technical designs;
- Foster collaboration and communication between project teams, business users, and technical stakeholders;
- Support functional and performance testing of Salesforce solutions;
- Work closely with the technical delivery lead to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
- Participate in architectural community activities, including speaking engagements and team initiatives.
