Job Description

As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will leverage your experience to support our team in various administrative and project management tasks. Your role will involve creating and maintaining a database of company contractor’s marketing CVs and collaborating with Engineering Managers, Sales teams, and Global Talent Operations to allocate contractors to projects. You will assist in sales presentations preparation, manage resourcing status reporting, and verify hours worked within the department. Additionally, you will prepare overtime reports and handle other resourcing-related activities as needed. Proactive communication with the team and participation in Agile activities are crucial aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • An advanced level of English is a must;
  • High attention to detail and proactive attitude;
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office toolset;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience working with marketing materials will be an advantage;
  • Experience working in IT incubators will be an advantage;
  • Experience in IT project management will be an advantage;
  • Experience working in the Marketing/Finance department of an IT company will be an advantage;
  • Experience working with CRM system will be an advantage;
  • Experience working with Jira management tool will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a database of company contractor’s marketing CVs;
  • Work with Engineering Managers/Sales team/Global Talent Operations to allocate contractors on projects;
  • Communicate with external candidates and company contractors via personal Telegram, Viber, and Linkedin to verify necessary information;
  • Assist in company sales presentations preparation;
  • Report resourcing status;
  • Check fact hours and real spent hours within the corresponding department;
  • Prepare overtime reports for Engineering Heads and others per request;
  • Any other resourcing-related activities on demand.
