Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, along with leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Understanding of the SF platform limitations;
  • Great LWC knowledge;
  • Great Apex knowledge;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Dev Team Lead;
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators;
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud;
  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Salesforce Developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements;
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment;
  • Manage and prioritize project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements on the Salesforce platform;
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization as needed;
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to drive Salesforce initiatives and support business objectives;
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.
