Job Description

In this role, you will work with our customer - a leading Nordic company that operates primarily in the branded consumer goods and food industry. Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, the company has a broad portfolio of products and brands that serve consumers in various sectors. Here are the key aspects of the company: Branded Consumer Goods, Food Ingredients, Care and Nutrition, and Industrial Activities. The company's primary markets are in the Nordics, Baltics, and parts of Central Europe, though it has expanded its operations globally. The company focuses on products tailored to local consumer tastes and preferences. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM);
  • Minimum 4 years of consulting experience;
  • Involvement in at least two full cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Production Engineering and Operations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail;
  • Experience with Discrete Manufacturing & Core Logistics business processes in S/4HANA Manufacturing, production planning, execution, logistics, and quality management is a plus;
  • Experience with SAP Implementation Methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Sprints, Advanced Deployment, etc.);
  • Graduate degree is a plus;
  • Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the client company.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and model processes using SAP Standard in SAP PP or PP-PI, QM, linked to PLM, and quality tools;
  • Prepare, design, realize, and support Go-Lives for customer implementation projects;
  • Support feasibility studies and process design reviews;
  • Detailed planning of process implementation;
  • Detailed blueprinting for development requirements;
  • Develop and assure the quality of process models;
  • Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools;
  • Support the development of overall project plans (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigate, analyze, and solve software problems);
  • Analyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
