Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Security Specialist/Business Analyst for our client, a leading global American company specializing in the development and implementation of software solutions for healthcare and clinical research.

As the largest player in the industry, our client not only delivers software as a product but also offers it as a service. They provide a full-cycle solution, covering everything from clinical research methodology to the automation of Field Force processes.

Requirements:

General:

  • Ability to operate independently, and as a part of a team;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Business Analysis or a related field;
  • Ability to map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements;
  • English language level B2 and higher;
  • Confident empathic, problem-solving, critical and system thinking skills;
  • Ability to plan and execute requirement analysis in a logical, structured and systematic manner;
  • Good leadership and social skills to mediate and cooperate well with other team members and stakeholders;
  • Support in evaluating and managing third-party vendors providing IT/security solutions.

Technical:

  • Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), access controls, encryption, firewalls, and incident response;
  • Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure), networks, servers, and databases;
  • Experience with GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other regulatory standards;
  • Understanding of key Cybersecurity components and best practices:

- User Identity and Access Management;

- Network Security;

- Endpoint Security;

- Information Security and Data Security;

- Threat Detection and Response;

- Security Awareness Training.

  • Experience with Data Classification / Data Loss Protection (DLP);
  • Experience with DAST/SAST/SCA Tooling, eg SonarQube, Checkmarx, etc;
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Splunk, or SIEM platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
  • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives;
  • Support requirements validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions;
  • System analysis and process flowcharting, strong with documentation and UAT execution
  • Differentiate high priority requests for each Stakeholder type and prioritize requests within the project;
  • Keeping up to date product specifications for knowledge sharing between project team;
  • Assisting with communication between project teams, improving transparency and ensuring consistency across products/solutions.
