SAP Tricentis Functional Architect/ Product Owner/ Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

In this role, you will work with our customer—a Software Development company well known for its test automation tools, especially for SAP solutions. We are extending our team of professionals who are helping the customer with continuous product development and innovations, as well as its deeper embedding into the SAP system landscape.

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading the implementation of SAP ERP solutions, especially focusing on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Signavio, and Tricentis/Tosca testing tools integration. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, a deep understanding of SAP best practices, and experience working across multiple SAP projects and industries.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and convert them into technical specifications that support successful SAP implementations and optimizations. Your ability to work within both business and technical domains will help shape the future of our SAP solutions.

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of experience in SAP ERP implementations, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and various SAP modules;

• At least 2 successful SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably greenfield implementations;

• Strong understanding of SAP Signavio, Cloud ALM, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, and SAP LeanIX. Practical experience and certifications in these areas are a plus;

• Experience with Tricentis/Tosca testing tools and a clear understanding of how they integrate into SAP ALM;

• Extensive experience in analyzing and implementing End-to-End (E2E) business processes, with a focus on O2C, P2P, PDP, and R2R;

• Knowledge of SAP Industry Solutions for Lifesciences, Financial Services Industry (FSI), including Core Banking and Insurance, or Utilities is highly desirable;

• Practical experience with Business Process Modelling (BPM) tools and frameworks;

• Strong understanding of the Clean Core concept and experience with SAP BTP development tools;

• Proven ability to gather requirements, document business needs, and convert them into functional and technical specifications;

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage with business users and technical teams effectively;

• Collaborative team player with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus;

• Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Signavio) or related areas is an advantage.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead SAP ERP implementations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring the successful deployment of business processes and functionalities in alignment with business needs;

• Work on greenfield and system transformation projects, contributing to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition deployments and associated tools (SAP Signavio, Cloud ALM);

• Provide functional expertise in SAP best practices, especially in core business processes like Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Product Development (PDP), and Record to Report (R2R);

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals;

• Design and drive the implementation of business processes, using tools such as Business Process Modelling (BPM) and SAP LeanIX for optimal solution mapping;

• Guide teams in the adoption of Clean Core principles and leverage modern SAP BTP development tools to ensure scalable and adaptable solutions;

• Support testing efforts by integrating Tricentis/Tosca testing tools into SAP solutions and ensuring seamless alignment with SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes;

• Contribute to defining product roadmaps, developing user stories, and working with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver business value;

• Provide functional specifications and support the transition of requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with developers and technical architects;

• Act as a team player, working effectively with both business and technical teams and ensuring clear communication across various stakeholders;

• Ensure quality communication, documentation, and reporting in English for global teams.
