SAP Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team for an integration project at the intersection of SAP and Salesforce.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Economics, Life science, Healthcare, or Pharmacy;
- Solid grasp of and experience of working within software delivery lifecycle;
- 3+ years of experience with Information Technology projects;
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management and SAP;
- Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM;
- Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence;
- Strong project planning and management skills;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- English language — C1 level;
- Experience in SAP solutions implementation/ integration/ development.
Nice to Have:
- CAPM or more advanced PM certification;
- Good command of any additional European language; Â
- SAP architecture knowledge (any module);
- Experience in integrations migration from different platforms/tools to SAP BTP IS.
Responsibilities:
- Manage several concurrent projects throughout the entire project cycle, from initiation & planning to completion and post go-live support; manage the project team and ensure effective teamwork;
- Define detailed project plan, scope, budget, SOW, WBS, schedule, resource planning and allocation, communications planning, forecasting, progress tracking, managing, coaching, and supporting an internationally dispersed team. Â
The PM will act as the primary liaison between the Technical Team and the business stakeholders on the Customer's side to cover the following: Â
Phase 1. Integration Governance Modernization and Migration Planning (Analysis of current SAP PO integrations, design of the patterns for migration to SAP BTP IS, and detailed planning for the next Technical Migration Phase).
Key activities:
- Define the business requirements and methodologies for further migration;
- Plan timeline and resource involvement;
- Risk assessment;
- Scope the transition/migration plan;
- Costs planning for further SAP BTP consumption;
- Stakeholder engagement and communication;
- Work closely with Testing and allocation with the Testing Department and methodologies;
- Align the activities of international teams from different locations of the customer - EMEA/ Americas/ APAC.
Phase 2. Actual Migration (Design, Build, Test, Cutover, Go-live, KT to AMS team)
Key activities:
- Drive the integrations migration Technical Team, coordinating all relevant activities and people from the customer’s side;
- Align the activities with S4 migration program leadership;
- Report on the project status to the main stakeholders.
