SAP Emarsys Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Emarsys Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Emarsys, the marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Emarsys functionalities, SAP system integration, and customer engagement strategies. This role involves close collaboration with marketing teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP Emarsys and marketing automation platforms;

• Strong understanding of SAP CX solutions and their integration with Emarsys;

• Experience with CRM data management, segmentation, and multi-channel marketing;

• Knowledge of personalization strategies and marketing analytics;

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;

• Certification in SAP Emarsys (preferred).

Responsibilities: 

• Implement and configure SAP Emarsys solutions to meet business requirements;

• Integrate Emarsys with SAP CX (Customer Experience) suite and other SAP platforms;

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to design customer journeys and marketing campaigns;

• Customize Emarsys features such as email automation, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and segmentation;

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Emarsys implementations.

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for enhanced customer engagement and conversion rates;

• Ensure seamless data flow between SAP systems (e.g., SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing Cloud) and Emarsys;

• Maintain documentation on configurations, processes, and user guides.

• Stay updated on Emarsys and SAP ecosystem updates, releases, and industry trends.
