We are looking for an experienced Salesforce FSL Technical Architect to join one of our projects within the Energy sector.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with expertise in Field Service solutions to join our team. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to define requirements, design innovative solutions, and lead development teams to deliver customized applications. This role focuses on a Field Service Cloud expansion and optimization project for a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. It requires technical leadership, hands-on development, and deep Salesforce architecture and APIs knowledge.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, APIs, and integration capabilities;
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and React development.
- Deep relational database structures and functionality understanding;
- Proven experience in implementing solutions integrating Salesforce with legacy systems;
- Solid technical project management experience;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.

- Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer;
- Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer;
- Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer;
- Certified Identity and Access Management Designer;
- Certified Integration Architecture Designer.
Specialized certifications:
- Certified FSL Consultant;
- Certified Sales Cloud Consultant;
- Certified Service Cloud Consultant;

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and present tailored solutions;
- Lead technical design sessions, creating detailed technical design documents to guide development efforts;
- Oversee and manage developer resources to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, React, and other technologies;
- Ensure adherence to best practices in integration, application development, deployment, and testing, including unit, API, and system testing;
- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP, REST, and WebSocket protocols;
- Implement HTTP security, federated authentication, delegated authentication, and identity management services;
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to Developers, resolving complex issues;
- Manage technical scope, client expectations, and project timelines to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Own and drive the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including structured code management, continuous integration, and environment management;
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform advancements and related technologies, including React and mobile development frameworks.
