Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with expertise in Consumer Goods-specific solutions to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to industry-specific workflows, including trade promotion management, direct-to-consumer models, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, manage technical scope, and drive the successful integration of Salesforce platforms with other enterprise systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on Salesforce projects specifically tailored to the Consumer Goods industry, such as trade promotion management, B2B/B2C workflows, or direct-to-consumer models;
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning);
- Expertise in middleware and integration tools such as MuleSoft;
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions;
- Experience managing and delivering complex Salesforce projects, including integrations with ERP systems and legacy platforms.
Preferred Requirements:
- Additional architect certifications, including:
- Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer;
- Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer;
- Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer;
- Certified Identity and Access Management Designer;
- Certified Integration Architecture Designer.
- Specialized certifications, including:
- Salesforce Accredited Professional Consumer Goods Cloud;
- Certified Sales Cloud Consultant;
- Certified Service Cloud Consultant;
- Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to Consumer Goods workflows, including B2B/B2C sales, trade promotions, and customer engagement;
- Provide expertise in Consumer Goods solutions, such as trade promotion management and direct-to-consumer models;
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance for Salesforce implementations;
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce platforms like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud;
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), supply chain platforms, and third-party tools;
- Design and develop custom solutions leveraging Salesforce Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs;
- Implement robust data models and ensure consistency across systems;
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain stakeholders to align business goals with technical solutions;
- Collaborate with IT and other cloud architects to align Salesforce strategies with broader cloud initiatives;
- Manage technical scope and client expectations effectively;
- Provide hands-on, expert-level assistance to developers for complex technical challenges;
- Oversee the Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including structured code management, environment management, and continuous integration;
- Complete implementation projects requiring integration with legacy systems using Salesforce APIs and custom Web Services.
