Job Description
You will be responsible for capturing and assessing business requirements, conducting gap analyses, defining business processes, and supporting system development and quality assurance. This position requires strong analytical skills and experience in Salesforce Health Cloud projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, guiding teams through successful software development projects;
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery management, ensuring client satisfaction and service level adherence;
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile project management tools;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with cross-functional teams and clients;
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address challenges that arise during development and service delivery;
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs, maintaining a proactive and flexible approach;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project needs and use Agile methodologies;
- Define and refine Agile metrics, facilitating Scrum events;
- Ensure projects are implemented on time and in alignment with the goals of the company/customer;
- Manage project risks and issues;
- Collaborate with multiple SCRUM teams, effectively managing cross-team challenges to resolution;
- Provide people management and developing deep empathy and rapport in multi-location Teams;
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and report project status to leadership;
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations.
