Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Middle /Senior Data Engineer to join our team and collaborate with clients on exciting global projects. The role involves working on a cutting-edge solution for a leading healthcare company, consolidating regional CRM systems into a single, efficient global platform. This initiative supports over 20,000 sales and support professionals, optimizing data management, enhancing system performance, and streamlining operations through advanced technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Data Engineering;
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience developing data pipelines using AWS Lambda, Glue, PySpark, and Python;
  • Strong proficiency in SQL;
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Redshift;
  • Familiarity with data lake environments, including handling both structured and unstructured data;
  • Knowledge of data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms;
  • Experience with DBT is a plus;
  • Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written);
  • Ability to excel in a diverse, international, and multicultural work environment;
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills;
  • Capability to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders;
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an international project team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and implement data solutions based on AWS Stack;
  • Groom and estimate user requirements and identify new features;
  • Analyze the data sources, design and develop pipelines to ingest the data using AWS lambda, step functions, and Glue;
  • Design and create ETL processes supplying Data Warehouse;  
  • Preprocess of structured and unstructured data, create queries in databases;
  • Establish and maintain technical specification documentation;
  • Create data models using DBT.
