Middle QA Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Middle QA Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will work with our customer—a global leader in continuous testing and quality engineering. Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience as a QA Engineer;
- English - Upper-Intermediate and higher;
- Japanese - Upper-Intermediate and higher (ability to read and understand complex UI texts);
- Experience in manual software testing, preferably in UI or localization testing;
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies;
- Ability to write and execute test cases, log defects, and analyze test results;
- Good knowledge of software development processes and how QA fits into them;
- Attention to detail with a focus on identifying linguistic and UI inconsistencies;
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar);
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with the team;
- Previous experience with Tosca is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Test the localized Japanese user interface to make sure everything looks and works as expected;
- Write and execute test cases, report bugs, and document test results;
- Track localization issues, including translation, UI inconsistencies, and functional defects;
- Work closely with the development team to clarify expected behavior and get issues resolved;
- Maintain and update test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, etc.);
- Perform manual testing (Regression, Integration, System testing) with a focus on localization quality;
- Support UAT testing and help with defect triage when needed;
- Make sure test coverage aligns with business needs and user expectations.
