Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fluently in both French and English;
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to write meeting minutes, business requirements, functional documentation and user guides;
- Presentation skills, ability to prepare and animate training sessions, accompany sales teams during presales activities;
- Ability to listen, to propose solutions and challenge customers’ needs;
- Team spirit and open mindedness, ability to work in multicultural environment;
- Good learning skills and high level of adaptability to various industries and contexts;
- Interest in technologies and discovery of new tools (CRM, AI or others);
- Proactive mindset and high level of autonomy;
- Master’s degree;
- Experience with CRM solutions.
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge or/ and Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator;
- 2 years of experience in IT implementation projects;
- Experience working with Pharma and/or CPG industries.
Responsibilities:
- You will work as a member of Customertimes project team or directly in the customer’s office with customer’s team members including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project delivery;
- You will participate in project design phase by animating workshops in order to gather requirements, write detailed meeting minutes, and synthetize needs in format of User Stories;
- During construction phase, together with other team members, you will be responsible for demonstrating of configurated solutions, gathering customer feedbacks, perform simple configurations and testing of configurated solutions;
- You will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;
- You will prepare customer documentation for user training and will animate training sessions;
- You will assist users during testing sessions and perform initial qualification of tickets transmitted by users.
