Requirements:
- Experience 1+ years as an IT Recruiter;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Good knowledge of the American and Canadian markets;
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills;
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews;
- Ability to build relevant recruitment strategy to close vacancies faster;
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Flexibility;
- Proactiveness;
- Ready to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the full-cycle recruitment process;
- Creates a recruitment strategy;
- Cooperates with the hiring management team and builds relevant Candidate's Portrait: analyzes job openings and initiates discussion of missing points with the hiring manager;
- Works with different resources for searching for new candidates and looking for new ones;
- Reporting and analytics. Fills ATS according to the internal corporate standards (collect feedback, attach feedback forms & tasks);
- Interviews all-level candidates and collects feedback. Accept team priorities & look at every opportunity as a chance to learn and help the team;
- Prepares market analysis for different positions.
