Job description

Requirements:

  • Experience 1+ years as an IT Recruiter;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level;
  • Good knowledge of the American and Canadian markets;
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills;
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews;
  • Ability to build relevant recruitment strategy to close vacancies faster;
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Flexibility;
  • Proactiveness;
  • Ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Creates a recruitment strategy;
  • Cooperates with the hiring management team and builds relevant Candidate's Portrait: analyzes job openings and initiates discussion of missing points with the hiring manager;
  • Works with different resources for searching for new candidates and looking for new ones;
  • Reporting and analytics. Fills ATS according to the internal corporate standards (collect feedback, attach feedback forms & tasks);
  • Interviews all-level candidates and collects feedback. Accept team priorities & look at every opportunity as a chance to learn and help the team;
  • Prepares market analysis for different positions.
