Job description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects for a leading global provider of manufacturing industrial solutions. As part of a transformative initiative, the role will involve optimizing business processes and driving the implementation of Salesforce to enhance operations and customer experiences. You will lead teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with a proven track record in Salesforce implementation delivery;

• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello);

• Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;

• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations for complex IT projects;

• Experience contributing to presales efforts, including creating proposals, project estimations, and engaging with clients to identify business opportunities;

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;

• Strong soft skills, including adaptability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM);

• Manufacturing industrial knowledge;

• Order to cash process knowledge or experience with sales enablement business verticals for B2B companies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints;

• Oversee Salesforce projects, managing all phases of the delivery lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-go-live support;

• Collaborate with multicultural teams, stakeholders, and senior management to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria;

• Partner with sales teams during presales activities, contributing to solution proposals, project estimations, and client presentations;

• Identify revenue generation opportunities within ongoing projects by suggesting enhancements, upselling services, or proposing additional solutions aligned with client needs.

• Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, quality standards, and compliance with organizational and technical requirements.

• Establish and maintain project governance, including regular reporting on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

• Act as a mentor and escalation point for project teams, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring successful resolution of issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team efficiency.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within multicultural teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve project success.
