Problem/goal
- Medical device manufacturer launched a global business program with a newly developed device that incorporates hardware, software, marketing, and operational components.
- In the multivendor set-up, Customertimes is responsible for Salesforce portal development and respective integration with other Client's applications (SAP, AWS, LMS, eCommerce).
- The new solution should work with new and old devices (embedded web-client), and the mobile version should support the most common screen resolutions.
- UI/UX needs to reflect Client market image, be convenient and appealing, stimulate recurring procedures, and up & cross-sale.

- A single sign-on (SSO) solution was implemented to integrate dispersed regional businesses (North America, Europe, Asia, etc.), and ensure seamless connection with other platforms (eCommerce, Learning Platform, SAP, AWS) for a better user experience.
