Customertimes is a global company with Ukrainian roots.
We have nearly 750 team members in Ukraine, and many
of our co-founders and board members have deep family connections there.
Since rumors of a war began, Customertimes has maintained a simple objective:
take care of our people and fulfil our client commitments.
As a result, we remain fully operational, and we continue to provide the exceptional
level of service you've come to expect from us.
We have helped bring our team members and their families to safe
locations. Our global team has stepped up to help fulfill customer commitments in an
incredible demonstration of teamwork, and our Ukrainian colleagues are eager to work.
Despite what is happening around them, they are going above and beyond for our customers.
Similarly, our team has volunteered their own time to work on humanitarian projects in Ukraine and the surrounding countries.
They are distributing food, water, medical supplies, and other
necessities and helping with numerous other charitable causes.
Many of these efforts are supported by The Give Back to Ukraine Fund, which has raised
more than
$350,000 USD
since March 3, 2022.

/How we are helping
Purchasing supplies
To date, we have spent more than nearly $80,000 USD to purchase food, generators, communication devices, water, and more.
Managing distribution
Our colleagues in Ukraine are helping with distribution, picking up supplies we’ve purchased at the Romanian border and ensuring that they are delivered to the people who need them.
Supporting our partners
Go Friends IT Academy and Seeing with your Heart are two of our long-term partners in Ukraine, and we are proud to support the incredible work they are doing. We are helping the IT Academy in their efforts to evacuate children from orphanages across Eastern Europe. We’re also supporting Seeing with your Heart as they shift their vital School for Socialization to an online model.
Purchasing medical supplies
In response to an urgent request for emergency medical and trauma care materials, we purchased supplies that have been distributed to care providers. We are also supporting Uzhgorod, a charitable organization that delivers medicine to the country’s hospitals.
Leveraging our networks
Many of us work with companies that are in a position to contribute bulk supplies and other necessities. We are working with those companies to collect the items and make sure they are distributed quickly.
Supporting Ukrainian businesses
In addition to matching our connections in Ukraine with companies that have available project hours, several of our team members are working on an e-commerce platform for Ukrainian small and mid-size businesses. The platform will help them sell their products in the US and EU so their business can survive during and after the war.
