Qualifications
- Experience in the Project Manager role for more than 5 years at a software development team and/or system integration project
- Proficient understanding of software development life cycles and PM practices
- Good understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to execute and prioritize several tasks simultaneously
- Ample experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Upper-Intermediate or higher-level English
Responsibilities
- Implement and support WATERFALL/SCRUM/KANBAN or other methodologies by project needs
- Ensure projects are implemented on time and in alignment with strategic and tactical goals of the company/customer
- Plan, manage, and report project scope, milestones, schedule, timeline, risks, and team composition
- Facilitate Scrum Events as requested/needed
- Manage, develop, and motivate project team
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc project status reports
- Manage stakeholders' expectations
- Manage project costs and budget
