Today we are looking for a Senior Project Manager!

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Project Manager role for more than 5 years at a software development team and/or system integration project
  • Proficient understanding of software development life cycles and PM practices
  • Good understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to execute and prioritize several tasks simultaneously
  • Ample experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher-level English

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support WATERFALL/SCRUM/KANBAN or other methodologies by project needs
  • Ensure projects are implemented on time and in alignment with strategic and tactical goals of the company/customer
  • Plan, manage, and report project scope, milestones, schedule, timeline, risks, and team composition
  • Facilitate Scrum Events as requested/needed
  • Manage, develop, and motivate project team
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc project status reports
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations
  • Manage project costs and budget
