Senior Java Developer (Healthcare)

Customertimes is hiring an experienced Senior Java Developer. As a Senior Java Developer, you will work with our international team on enterprise-level products in the healthcare space.

Qualifications 

Basic 
  • 4-5 years of Java development experience
  • Good programming skills
  • Solid knowledge of J2EE
  • Understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL (knowledge in MSSQL will be a plus) and JPA/Hibernate
  • Understanding patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
  • Experience with Agile
  • Experience with building tools such as Gradle
  • Knowledge of how to write unit and integration tests
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Responsible, self-motivated team player
  • Great team work skills
  • Good communication and time management skills
Preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience in React
  • Experience in JSF
  • Basic knowledge of Widlfly or Jboss

Responsibilities 

  • Analyze business and technical requirements 
  • Develop high quality, maintainable code 
  • Participate in the code review process 
  • Guide the team and advise clients according to best practices 
  • Act as part of the international team on enterprise-level products in the healthcare space 
  • Participate in decision making regarding product architecture 
  • Perform migration of big enterprise monolith to a cloud/microservice architecture 
  • Collaborate with customers and teams in different countries on a daily basis
