Customertimes is hiring a high-performing Sales Director/Manager to drive sales by building strong relationships with prospective clients in various technology and service fields (Salesforce, Enterprise technologies, Integration solutions, etc).

Job Description

We are looking for a professional Sales Director/Manager to handle sales of IT solutions, consulting, and services. This individual should be focused on achieving the highest results, able to find new business opportunities, understand the industry in which our clients work, effectively build new business, and develop and increase the outcome from existing customers. Candidates should be able to provide an in-depth market analysis in order to build an efficient strategy to find new opportunities and drive sales. The person in this role will develop unique sales propositions for our clients based on close and effective collaboration with Marketing and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial by nature, comfortable making decisions
  • Consulting, engagement or delivery management experience with a proven track record of helping clients reach their digital transformation goals
  • Experience selling full life-cycle software (Consulting, Development, Testing, Support)
  • Thorough understanding of IT principles and practices including the concepts and key messages behind Agile and Digital Services
  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience developing and growing client relationships and leading teams
  • Knowledge of the technical platforms, business models, subject matter, and trends in the Banking and Financial Services industry
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level while still handling the details
  • Experience in managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios
  • Exceptional leadership/management skills, superb oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements to successful completion under high stress
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (for non-US locations)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle sales process from creative lead generation, discovery and building pipeline, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations, to closings with extensive individual prospecting
  • Focus on engagements with clients in order to promote services and solutions. For this role, partner companies will be treated as clients
  • Present Customertimes practices and solutions from beginning to end, by conducting in-person or remote demonstrations and utilizing a "consultative selling" approach
  • Collaborate and establish productive relationships with key personnel in various departments within the organization to close new business and ensure that clients’ needs are being met in a timely manner
  • Meet and/or exceed assigned targets for new business and account acquisition
  • Design creative strategies to increase sales momentum and opportunities
  • Devise a sales plan that aligns with the organization’s growth strategy
  • Maintain and develop industry and product knowledge to represent Customertimes at the highest possible level
  • Attend multiple industry trade shows and conferences annually
  • Coach consultants before interviews with clients
  • Help customers develop a strategy well-suited for their business roadmap
  • Evaluate alternative IT solutions, help to measure and maximize business value
