Customertimes is expanding its Microsoft Business Solutions Practice, and we are hiring an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Architect

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE) using at least couple of functionalities from: Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, Marketing and Customer Insights – mostly Cloud, but On-premise will be a plus as well
  • Proven experience managing projects in different industries (better – in large and long-term engagements) through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Mix of hands-on experience on business applications implementation, architectural design, and strategic business acumen
  • Experience in pre-sales, supporting the sales team in shaping deals, being accountable for overall estimates enabling the sales team in the pursuit of enterprise customer opportunities
  • Experience in assessing feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms
  • Experience in developing and maintaining technical architectures, documentation, frameworks and strategies as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics implementations
  • Hands on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions is highly desired
  • Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
  • Strong cross functional and technical knowledge, and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns
  • Agile Software Development experience
  • Will be a plus - Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform

Responsibilities

  • Play an Architect role in projects
  • Help in presales with understanding of overall customer needs, prepare solution/integration architecture, estimations, implementation plans
  • Help in mentoring/building the efficient solution development team
  • Help in continuous improvements of internal processes and DevOps
Technologies:

Mandatory - Microsoft Dynamics 365, Web Services, Azure DevOps, SQL query and database tools, SSIS, Scribe or other ETL tool

These are an advantage - Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse Actions, Logic Apps, Power Apps, Power BI
