SAP Technical Team Lead

Job Description

In this role, we are looking for a Manager/Team Lead for the SAP Technical and BI Team (SAP BTP Developments and Integration, ABAP, PI/PO, Basis, Data&BI) in a consulting company working with international clients in Europe and the USA.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of people management experience;

• 3+ years in SAP technologies;

• SAP technical projects management - at least 2 projects with new technologies like SAP BTP Build, Workzone, Integration Suite, AI, Datasphere, SAC);

• Understanding of SAP ERP (ECC and S4) extensibility and Clean Core approach;

• Understanding of new SAP tools like Cloud ALM, LeanIX, Signavio, Agile/Scrum;

• Understanding of modern testing tools for SAP development;

• Leadership, collaboration, and communication skills;

• B2 English level.

Responsibilities: 

• People management of 50+ SAP Developers and BI and Integration Consultants;

• Expertise development;

• Participation in projects and presales (from architecture design and efforts estimation till the project start and handover to delivery).
