Job Description

Customertimes is a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1300+ experts and offices in 12 countries.  

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in a manufacturing environment, including quote management, order processing, pricing, invoicing, and service;
  • Experience in value engineering, business case development, and ROI modeling;  
  • Ability to develop long-term transformation strategies;
  • Ability to provide tactical insights to streamline sales and service operations, reduce sales cycle times, and recommend means to drive client's revenue;
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, revenue management, and customer engagement;
  • Proven track record of advising senior executives and facilitating business strategy discussions;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills;
  • Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce, CPQ, or ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and enhance clients’ end-to-end O2C processes to improve operational efficiency and financial performance;
  • Develop financial models and strategic recommendations to justify business investments and transformation initiatives;
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales and service workflows and propose data-driven solutions to optimize performance;
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align business strategies with revenue growth objectives;
  • Lead workshops and strategy sessions to drive process improvements and organizational change;
  • Synthesize complex data into clear insights and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders;
  • Support the adoption and integration of digital tools, including CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems, to enhance business operations.
