The Project Coordinator will work with American and European clients who develop iPad applications for Salesforce users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, organizational management computer science, or other relevant field;
- Experience in implementing and maintaining project management tools and processes;
- Knowledge of best practices and standards for software development and documentation and an understanding of SDLC;
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and clients;
- Skills in problem-solving, and risk management;
- English language Upper Intermediate or higher;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong skills in working with MSOffice toolkit (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Will be a plus:
Salesforce CRM experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to collect, verify, and update project information and status;
- Assist the Practice head/ CoE in planning, monitoring, and controlling the project portfolio and resource allocation;
- Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations using various tools and platforms;
- Work with the internal knowledgebase to document and share best practices, lessons learned, and project methodologies;
- Conduct research and analysis on project management trends, benchmarks, and standards;
- Provide administrative support to the Practice/CoE, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items;
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and quality standards for project management;
- Write clear and concise business process descriptions and diagrams for the project organization;
- Formulate improvement requests for internal systems based on business process analysis;
- Create the PPT Presentation for meetings with the customers.
