Middle SAP CPQ Consultant

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions and extensive experience integrating SAP CPQ with external systems such as ERP (SAP S/4HANA, ECC) and CRM (SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce, etc.). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize CPQ solutions that enhance sales processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field;

• 3+ years of experience with SAP CPQ implementation and configuration;

• Proven expertise in integrating SAP CPQ with ERP and CRM systems (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce, or others);

• Strong understanding of pricing models, product configuration, quote management, and approval workflows in SAP CPQ;

• Experience with API-based integrations, middleware solutions (SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and web services (REST, SOAP) is a plus;

• Hands-on experience with SAP CPQ scripting, customization, and UI enhancements;

• Knowledge and experience in Iron Python for scripting and customization within SAP CPQ;

• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to SAP CPQ and its integrations;

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

• Experience in working with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP CPQ Certification is highly desirable;

• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud / SAP Commerce Cloud and Variant Configuration (VC) is a plus;

• Familiarity with machine learning-driven pricing optimization in SAP CPQ;

• Understanding of sales operations and quote-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP CPQ implementations, configurations, and customizations;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;

• Design and implement seamless integrations between SAP CPQ and external systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce, and other third-party applications;

• Develop and maintain CPQ pricing models, approval workflows, and product configurations;

• Optimize and enhance existing SAP CPQ implementations to improve performance and user experience;

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP CPQ issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations;

• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of CPQ functionalities;

• Stay up to date with the latest SAP CPQ features, industry best practices, and integration trends.
