As a Data Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, helping to define project goals and drive data analysis that supports key business decisions. You will work with diverse data sources and tools to provide insights and build impactful dashboards. A background in the healthcare sector is a strong plus.

In this role, you will work with a data-focused platform in the healthcare domain, helping pharmaceutical companies streamline digital engagement with medical professionals. The solution supports campaign management, secure data exchange, and analytics to optimize interactions and decision-making.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;

• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders;

• Strong experience with advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis;

• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau;

• Experience designing data flows and mapping between multiple sources;

• Experience with Databricks is desirable.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Salesforce;

• Experience in healthcare-related projects or data.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications;

• Design and implement data mappings across systems;

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business decisions;

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment;

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Tableau;

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL.
