The TPM will be responsible for project intake, staffing, and serving as a triage point for incoming requests. Over time, this role may expand to include broader responsibilities across other teams.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role within a technical environment;
- Experience with data projects, health tech, oncology, or pharma is a plus but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Jira and Google Sheets;
- Exposure to SQL or a willingness to learn simple query creation is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities;
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Cultural Fit:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and experience managing multiple Scrum teams;
- Prior experience in software engineering or a related technical field is an advantage but not required;
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of multiple custom data projects from intake to delivery, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to timelines;
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between various teams, including engineering, sales, custom solutions management, research sciences, data analytics, and clinical data stakeholders;
- Technical Oversight: Understand technical environments and be comfortable with simple SQL queries to reduce the workload on engineers, though deep software development expertise is not required;
- Process Improvement: Implement and refine processes within the team to enhance project delivery efficiency and maintain high standards of data quality management;
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and project statuses;
- Data Management: Support the team by maintaining Jira and other project management tools to ensure accurate tracking of project statuses, team capacity, and data hygiene;
- Support Engineering Operations: Assist with operational tasks within the engineering team, focusing on Jira hygiene and meticulous attention to ticket data to track progress and workload capacity.
