Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts for IT companies and possess a deep understanding of algorithms, audience engagement, and content creation, including infographics and animations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, ideally in B2B or technology sectors;
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube, including their algorithms and best practices. Proven experience using social media management tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Creative Skills: Strong ability to produce captivating content, including graphics, infographics, animations, and short-form videos;
  • Data-Driven: Skilled in analyzing metrics to measure impact and identify growth opportunities;
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English (advance level);
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including design, product marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing goals and strategies.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns and budgets;
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and inbound marketing strategies;
  • Knowledge of additional platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or regional platforms relevant to target audiences;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel social media strategy aligned with our marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Manage a global social media calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring consistent tone and branding.

2. Content Creation & Curation:

  • Build and nurture online communities, encouraging meaningful conversations with followers and potential customers.
  • Monitor interactions across platforms, promptly responding to comments and messages, and escalating issues when needed.

3. Community Engagement:

4. Follower Growth & Brand Awareness:

  • Drive innovative campaigns and tactics to grow follower bases and engagement, using both organic and paid strategies;
  • Experiment with interactive formats like livestreams, polls, and Stories to continuously engage audiences.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key social media KPIs, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to assess performance and inform future strategies;
  • Use data insights to demonstrate ROI and refine social media tactics.

6. Trend Monitoring & Industry Best Practices:

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices;
  • Share insights and recommend innovative approaches to the broader marketing team.
