Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with a proven track record in Salesforce/MS Dynamics delivery;
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello);
  • Salesforce Expertise – Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform;
  • Advanced English Proficiency (C1+) – Strong communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • Cross-Regional B2B Development Experience – Deep understanding (or direct background) in creating and managing B2B applications for multiple countries/regions in industries like CPG, banking, or healthcare – ideally within one company responsible for supporting diverse apps across different locales;
  • AI Integration in Daily Work – Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and techniques to streamline tasks and processes;
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Proven track record of communicating and collaborating (both face-to-face and virtually) with stakeholders from large corporations or enterprises;
  • Strong business acumen, including an ability to advise customers on business process improvements or help design them.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM);
  • Strong soft skills, including adaptability, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints;

1. New Rollout Planning

  • Prepare demo sessions;
  • Organize kick-off meetings;
  • Create wrap-up slides (for Convivio rollouts);
  • Prepare prerequisite files (for B2B rollouts);
  • Plan and facilitate requirements clarification workshops;
  • Assist with requirements gathering and analysis;
  • Develop and secure approval for the cut-off plan with all stakeholders;
  • Set up communication channels, establish project rules, and ensure Business and Proximity teams understand processes.

2. Rollout Management

  • Provide overall oversight of the rollout;
  • Conduct regular sync-ups with Business and Proximity teams to review progress, issues, risks, and blockers; maintain the same for PO and other PR stakeholders;
  • Hold daily syncs with the Rollout Specialist. Blockers elimination;
  • Update the cut-off plan as needed;
  • Collaborate with QAs and QA Lead to prepare and approve UAT test cases;
  • Support integration-related topics;
  • Prioritize tasks for the team and monitor workload;
  • Organize demo sessions and gather feedback from affiliates;
  • Ensure proper training for Local Admins and UAT users;
  • Oversee UAT execution;
  • Create and update rollout process documentation;
  • Maintain updated statuses in Jira.

3. Rollout Improvements

  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Product team to propose and implement improvement ideas, ensuring execution of approved enhancements.
