Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our R&D Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Job Description:
This position requires a mix of back-end and front-end development skills, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or better English communication skills;
- 2+ years of commercial development experience in Enterprise or Web applications using Apex or another OOP language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, PHP);
- Strong web development skills, particularly in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
- Experience with at least one frontend framework (e.g., Lightning Web Components, Angular, React, Vue).
Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, clean code, and refactoring techniques;
- Experience working with SOAP and REST web services;
- Proficiency with Git for version control.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CLI;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Docker;
- Knowledge of Node.js;
- Experience with Heroku and AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance Salesforce features across backend and frontend, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs; refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability;
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability;
- Break down complex tasks into manageable components and provide accurate time estimates for project planning;
- Design scalable, efficient solutions and make architectural decisions to drive the evolution of our Salesforce environment;
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
