Middle Market Data Expense Analyst

Job Description

You will work with a leading international investment fund, leveraging data and technology to drive smarter financial strategies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Excel;

• Fluent English level for working with international teams and documentation;

• Ability to detect inconsistencies in reports and support issue resolution;

• Ability to handle multiple data streams and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and compare monthly accounting expense reports to identify anomalies or changes;

• Work with financial data and contribute to internal reporting processes;

• Collaborate with multiple teams (accounting, operations, and hiring managers);

• Use Excel tools, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts to manage and interpret data;

• Assist in routing internal requests and inquiries to appropriate departments.
