Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Organizational Management, Computer Science, or other relevant field;
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining project management tools and processes;
  • Knowledge of best practices and standards for software development and documentation and an understanding of SDLC;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and clients;
  • Skills in problem-solving and risk management;
  • English language proficiency;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong skills in working with MS Office toolkit (Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, SharePoint);
  • Salesforce CRM experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to collect, verify, and update project information and status;
  • Assist the project managers/delivery head in planning, monitoring, and controlling the project portfolio and resource allocation;
  • Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations using various tools and platforms;
  • Work with the internal knowledge base to document and share best practices, lessons learned, and project methodologies;
  • Conduct research and analysis on project management trends, benchmarks, and standards;
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items;
  • Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and quality standards for project management;
  • Write clear and concise business process descriptions and diagrams for the project organization;
  • Formulate improvement requests for internal systems based on business process analysis;
  • Create the PPT presentations for meetings with the customers.
