Job Description

In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals, focusing on engagement, performance, retention, and leadership development. You’ll work closely with senior management and employees to enhance work relationships, support employee life cycle processes, and promote continuous learning through workshops and training. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you’ll guide talent management, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience: 5+ years in HR, including at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner;
  • Strong people management skills with a solid understanding of HR processes and HR best practices;
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement within complex organization structure;
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into specific HR actions;
  • Understanding of project management practices and development life cycles. Experience as a project manager is a plus;
  • Flexibility;
  • Proficiency in negotiation, mediation, and conflict management to resolve complex issues;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently under pressure;
  • Strong coaching and influencing abilities to guide and impact others effectively;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving goals and driving results;
  • Mastery of the English language (minimum B2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment;
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior executives, ask insightful questions, and provide clear answers;
  • Ability to balance and switch both roles as a mature advisor and operational executor.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives;
  • Organize and contribute to the effective implementation of various people processes across the employee life cycle, including performance & career management, competence assessment, engagement, retention, and leadership development;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation. Conducting learning sessions and workshops regarding those topics for managers and team members;
  • Work closely with management and employees to build morale, improve work relationships, and implement strategies to increase productivity and retention;
  • Lead talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development efforts to ensure effective talent pipelines;
  • Oversee the onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and processes;
  • Handle complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace disputes, conflict resolution, and policy adherence;
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to support data-driven decisions;
  • Identify training and development needs for teams and individuals, ensuring that continuous learning opportunities align with business objectives;
  • Be a key player in shaping and executing HR projects.
